FAQ

Do I need to deposit or bet to take part?
No. Rakefam Season is free. Deposits and wagers don't earn points.
How do I check my points?
Type /points in #📝｜rakefam-leaderboard, or open the leaderboard and log in with Discord.
Do I need to report my chat messages?
No. They're counted automatically. Use /messages to see your progress.
When does the weekly chat counter reset?
Every Monday at 00:00 UTC.
Why didn't my message count?
The most common reasons: it was under 10 characters of text, it came less than 15 seconds after your last counted message, it repeated one of your last 5 messages, or it was posted in a channel that isn't counted. /messages shows which channels count.
The bot said it couldn't verify my retweet or reply. Did I lose the points?
No. It means X or our checker didn't respond. Press Submit again a bit later while the task is still open.
Can I change my linked X account?
Posts you've already been paid for won't pay again, whichever account you use. If you need to change your handle, open a ticket.
Do I have to do everything every week?
No. Do what fits your week. Just remember that the people who show up consistently climb the leaderboard fastest.
What happens if two people are tied for a prize?
We settle it with an extra event, announced only if it's needed. See Rewards.
Do my points carry over to the next season?
No. Every season starts from zero.
How do I get my prize?
Fill in your email and Rakebit username in your profile on this site. See Rewards.
I think my points are wrong or a decision was unfair. What do I do?
